Johns Creek police arrested a 24-year-old man on reckless driving, speeding and no-insurance charges just after midnight on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, on a day that also included multiple traffic crashes and a second arrest along State Bridge Road.
Kensley Abderly Calice was stopped in the 100 block of State Bridge Road at E. Morton Road at 12:15 a.m. and booked on three misdemeanor counts, according to the Johns Creek Police Department's daily bulletin. The case was closed and cleared by arrest.
Hours later, a crash at 10299 State Bridge Road at 8:28 a.m. involved two drivers, Marline Charmine Russell and Flavia Fernandes. The bulletin does not indicate whether injuries occurred.
Two more crashes followed on Medlock Bridge Road that afternoon and evening:
- At 4:32 p.m., a crash involved Long Moua and Ramsey James Franklin. The bulletin lists the location only as Medlock Bridge Road without a specific address.
- At 7:02 p.m., a three-vehicle crash at 10896 Medlock Bridge Road involved Ada Jean Ward, Allauddin Khan Abdul Muthaleif and James Garland Dooley. It was the last incident logged for the day.
No injury information was available for any of the crashes.
Second arrest
Mario G. Guevara-Vazquez, 53, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. in the 100 block of State Bridge Road at Camden Way on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a prior license surrendered and local license forbidden.
The department also logged one administratively closed case with an unused case number in the 5500 block of Ashwind Trace that morning. In all, the bulletin recorded seven entries for Aug. 12, though the department notes some events may not appear in the same day's log on which they occurred.
