Madilyn Browning will run the concierge operation at Medley, the $560 million mixed-use development on McGinnis Ferry Road, when it opens Oct. 29.

Toro Development Company named Browning, a Johns Creek native with more than a decade of retail and management experience, concierge manager for the 43-acre project at Johns Creek Parkway and McGinnis Ferry Road, the North Atlanta Star reported.

She most recently served as general manager of the Tory Burch store at Avalon in Alpharetta, where she managed a multimillion-dollar operation overseeing customer retention and long-term client relationships, according to The Johns Creek Magazine.

"As someone who grew up in Johns Creek and knows firsthand how special Medley will be, I can't wait to welcome the community for the grand opening," Browning said in the announcement.

Her team will staff a concierge hub at the center of the development. Services will include valet parking seven days a week and help with restaurant reservations, birthday celebrations, proposals and anniversaries. Browning will also hire and train the concierge staff, coordinate with property management and serve as the primary contact for tenants.

Browning will oversee Medley Reserve, a membership-based perks program. Pricing and specific benefits have not been announced.

Paul Bodine, vice president of community at Toro Development and general manager of Medley, called Browning "the perfect onsite leader for Johns Creek's new Third Place." Toro previously developed Avalon in Alpharetta and Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta.

At full buildout, Medley will include 145,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 883 luxury residences and a 150-key boutique hotel. The project also adds 110,000 square feet of office space and a 25,000-square-foot plaza programmed for up to 100 events a year.

A public art collection featuring murals, sculptures and installations by Atlanta artist Greg Mike and ABV Agency & Gallery will be spread across the property. The development's address is 2140 Medley Boulevard.

Trader Joe's opened at the site in June 2026, ahead of the full launch. Pre-leasing is underway for Prelude at Medley, the development's first phase of apartments, with move-ins expected as early as Nov. 1.

The grand opening weekend spans three days. A ticketed preview called "Medley Unveiled" benefiting the Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra runs Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 6 to 10 p.m. The ribbon cutting and public grand opening begin at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29.

A family-friendly Halloween "Party on the Plaza" closes the weekend Friday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 10 p.m.
