Seventh- and eighth-graders at Autrey Mill Middle School have until 4:05 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, to complete their athletic paperwork online if they want a shot at making the tennis team this fall.
The school posted the tryout details on Wednesday, Aug. 12, outlining a two-phase tryout schedule, a season of practices and a tournament to cap the year.
Students who miss the deadline are out. The school's announcement states that no one may try out unless their name appears highlighted on the list outside Coach Larson's office door in room B122 by that date. There will be multiple cuts after the second day of tryouts.
What families need to do before Aug. 28:
- Sign up on Coach Larson's door (room B122)
- Join the "Autrey Mill Tennis 2026" Microsoft Team using code: a6rgyrd
- Submit all required paperwork through rankone.com by 4:05 p.m.
Fulton County Schools requires several forms for athletic participation, including a pre-participation physical evaluation, concussion awareness form, emergency contact form and transportation release.
