Johns Creek residents can vote early at any of 31 advance voting locations across Fulton County for the Nov. 3 general election, which includes a $653 million transportation tax renewal and a $2.09 billion school capital tax referendum.
The Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections reviewed the 31 sites and a full operations timeline at its Aug. 13 meeting at the Fulton County Government Center in Atlanta. The county had outlined the 31-location plan in an Aug. 5 release ahead of the board session.
Early voting runs Oct. 13–30. On Election Day, 129 polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and voters must report to their assigned precinct.
Johns Creek voting sites
Two Johns Creek locations appeared on the county's advance voting list for the May 2026 primary and are expected to return for November: Ocee Library at 5090 Abbotts Bridge Road and Northeast Spruill Oaks Library at 9560 Spruill Road. During early voting, residents can cast a ballot at any of the 31 county sites.
Seven advance voting locations also have designated absentee ballot drop boxes. Absentee ballots cannot be returned at Election Day polling places.
Key dates
Absentee ballot requests open Aug. 17, according to Georgia's official election calendar. The voter registration deadline is Oct. 5, the same day county registrars begin mailing absentee ballots. The last day to request an absentee ballot is Oct. 23. All completed absentee ballots must arrive by 7 p.m. on Nov. 3.

What's on the ballot
The TSPLOST referendum would renew a 0.75% transportation sales tax for five years through March 2032, generating an estimated $653 million countywide. Johns Creek's share would be roughly $86.4 million for road and transportation projects, according to prior Johns Creek Bulletin reporting. The tax covers 14 Fulton County cities outside Atlanta, and a countywide majority decides whether it passes.
The ESPLOST referendum would authorize $2.09 billion in school capital spending, with all three Johns Creek high schools included in the plan, according to prior Johns Creek Bulletin reporting.
Staffing the election
Fulton County elections director Nadine Williams said in an Aug. 5 poll worker recruitment release that poll workers "play a vital role in maintaining accessible and accurate elections." The county is giving priority to workers who served in previous 2026 elections and to Fulton County residents.
